Compassion in Leadership - A novel exploration of LGBTQ+ issues with our community
Daniel Brown
In the context of coaching, the term "space" denotes a nurturing and non-judgmental environment thoughtfully cultivated by coaches for their clients. This space is pivotal to the coaching process as it allows clients to candidly and sincerely delve into their thoughts, emotions, and aspirations.
Throughout this session, we will embark on a journey centered on Trust and Confidentiality, Active Listening, Empathy and Understanding, Non-Judgmental Attitude, Goal-Oriented Approach, Challenging Limiting Beliefs, Exploration and Reflection, Accountability, Positive Reinforcement, and a Solution-Focused Approach. These are the key components of the A5 – A to the fifth power – approach, guiding us from uncertainty into enlightenment, serving as a roadmap to navigate Compassion in Leadership — a novel exploration of LGBTQ+ issues within our community.
As the session concludes, you will have the opportunity to take this valuable resource with you, empowering your coaching clients to progress from uncertainty to enlightenment using the A to the 5th Power method. In sum, you will gain a deeper understanding of the skills and approaches prevalent in today's coaching profession, all the while reinforcing the ICF Core Competencies.
